Sell Your Song

Legal

Website Terms

The ground rules for using Sell Your Song and requesting a valuation.

Indicative valuations

An instant valuation is an estimate based on limited information. It is not a binding offer, financial advice, or a guarantee of future royalties. A firm offer requires further checks, including evidence of earnings and ownership.

Your information

You must provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and only upload documents you have the right to share. You remain responsible for confirming your ownership, co-writer shares, publishing arrangements and authority to sell.

No obligation to sell

Requesting a valuation, sharing a statement or receiving an offer does not require you to sell. A transaction happens only after the parties agree final terms and sign the relevant agreement.

Offers and contracts

Any firm offer is subject to its stated conditions, expiry date and the final contract. The signed agreement, not website copy or an indicative estimate, governs a completed sale.

Website availability

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that third-party music data is always complete. Contact us if a result appears wrong.
