The process
How selling your song works
Three steps. No middlemen. Money in your account within 24 hours of signing.
How do I get my song valued?
Paste your Spotify link on the valuation page and you'll see an indicative price range in about 30 seconds. We pull public data — streaming activity, release date, catalogue size — and run it through our valuation model to show you a low and high number. It's free, non-binding, and doesn't ask for your bank details or a phone call.
The estimate is a range because we haven't seen your royalty statement yet. Once you share that, the range collapses into one firm number.
What happens when I upload my royalty statement?
Your statement is the proof of what the song actually earns. Upload the PDF or CSV from your distributor (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, AWAL, Ditto) or your PRS statement, and we convert the indicative range into a real, binding offer — usually within 24 hours.
If you're eligible for our 75/25 deal (active catalogues with strong recent streaming), you'll also see the option to keep 25% of future royalties for life. Otherwise you'll get a straight 100% buyout figure. You choose which one suits you.
How do I get paid?
You sign the contract electronically and we send the money by same-day bank transfer. Funds arrive within 24 hours of the signed contract landing in our inbox — usually the same working day. No 30-day waits, no drip payments, no clawbacks.
Once payment is confirmed, we handle the paperwork with your distributor and PRS to redirect the royalty share we've purchased. You keep your writer credit, and if you're on a 75/25 deal, you keep collecting your share for life.
